Consultation & Engagement

We acknowledge the value stakeholders provide and strive to build strong relationships through regular engagement activities.  

This collaborative approach allows us to work with stakeholders to best address issues important to them relating to port operations, projects and initiatives to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. 

Community Forums

We host biannual community forums in the Gladstone community and annual forums in both Bundaberg and Rockhampton. These forums provide us with an opportunity to provide an update to the community whilst taking onboard any community concerns or issues. This assists us in taking a collaborative approach towards addressing these. 

We are currently in the process of planning our future forums and will release these dates as soon as possible. 

Project engagement

We engage stakeholders in our development projects, and constantly seek feedback and input into these. 

Project engagement varies depending on the required outcomes of the engagement and targeted stakeholders.

Stakeholder feedback

We​ are continually seeking feedback from stakeholders.

We seek public opinion on our performance through an annual Customer Corporate Image Study and biennial Customer and Community Corporate Image Study. These provide valuable feedback that informs our consultation and engagement strategies for both our customers and the community.
